COMPULSION

Tiny marks accumulate until meaning dissolves—repeated, obsessive, compulsive. A fevered gesture becomes image, and the infinitesimal turns into vertigo.

1 - ANTHILL

Anthill (70 × 100 cm) was completed in 91 days—an extreme act of patience and discipline. 78,406 tiny, armed figures swarm the canvas in a relentless infestation. The only remedy? A “humanicide” spray. Apply generously. Avoid contact. Side effects may include coughing, blurred vision, and existential dread.

2 - CORN FIELD

Cornfield (70 × 100 cm) is a quiet roll of the dice. No reason, no design—just endless rows of rice and corn, the inevitable backdrop for those born in the plains. A familiar geometry, without noise.

3 - GALAXY

Galaxy (70 × 100 cm) points outward—toward the unknowable. Among all places we can explore, none unsettle the mind like what lies beyond. Dimensions defy intellect, silence becomes substance. If Bartsy had one ultimate aim, it would be this: to break past the stratosphere and drift into the void. Darkness. Stillness. Existential catharsis.
